When you think of exercises do you think of your kids doing them? Maybe you should. It's true that many of our kids are over weight and over eating. They don't have a regular exercise program that allows them to learn balance in their lives and it's up to the parents to teach them these things. You can find that many kids just like to spend time with their parents and if you take the time to learn some kid's exercises you can be doing something for both of you.

You can either start by joining a gym and learning the kid's exercises that they have them do or you can get online and find out some for yourself. Once you know what to do teach your kids these exercises. Do them at the same time every day or every other day. Whatever your routine is. This will help your kids stay focused and learn routines. You can make it fun as you go along. Try new things slowly and mix it up.

Exercise doesn't have to be just work that you would rather put off. That is the bad thing we are teaching our kids. Exercise is just as important as eating healthy meals. We have to teach them how to do these things and make them work. They will need this later in life and learning it now only makes them more able to keep it going later. Once a routine is firmly planted in their heads, they will want to keep it up. It makes them feel good.
