The Dance Dance Revolution is a combination of a dance floor that is in-sync with the kid’s Play Station 2 or X-Box. All the kids today are in to dancing for a couple of reasons. One is to get the rhythm down and the other is for fitness.

The Dance Dance Revolution allows you to do both. Kids love to have fun, and now they can do it and get fit all at the same time. There are several cool items that come with the Dance Dance Revolution that allow you to use this as a fitness too.

These include the pro handle bar that allows you to brace yourself if you are doing a skip move to get the extra edge over your opponent. It allows you to really get down and sweat off that extra weight.

The pad you will be dancing and getting fit on comes with arrows that are made out of sensitive recessed metal and polycarbonate arrows and buttons. This allows you to make the most of your pad and system.

Once you put the game in your PS2 or X-Box, the game will direct you to a list of dance and fitness titles. Then all you do is get on your Dance Dance Revolution and dance your way into shape.

The Dance Dance Revolution is sweeping into all the neighborhoods of America. It is a great idea when a parent is looking for something fun and fitness like for their kids. Most kids do not want to exercise but giving them the Dance Dance Revolution will make them want to exercise and stay and shape while having fun. Kids can also play two-player Dance Dance Revolution for double the fun! you might even like it yourself!
