My Gym Children’s Fitness Center has launched The Activators: An interactive comedy show for preschoolers – focused solely on physical fitness. The multi-platform series revolves around four talented My Gym teachers, all with their own unique physical skills, whose mission is to engage preschoolers in physical activity. The show premieres on the web at TheActivators.net with plans in store for television, home entertainment, publishing and a nationwide tour. My Gym Children’s Fitness Centers help more than a million children stay active and physically fit each year through its 200+ worldwide locations.
The idea began with a screenwriter-dad who brought his child to a My Gym birthday party in Encino, Calif. Impressed with the talents of the teachers and their ability to keep the kids laughing and moving, he pitched an interactive series that would use comedy to inspire children to be active.
