My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is happy and excited to be teaming up with the Tucson Children’s Museum to provide a fun and educational experience for the children of Tucson. Starting in January, My Gym will be providing a new class that will include exercise, games, entertainment, and fun facts about healthy bodies. We will do some tumbling and basic gymnastics skills along with teaching children how to exercise and stretch properly. Our goal is to teach, laugh, and instill the idea that exercise is both important and fun. Children of all ages are welcome. Parent participation is required and class fee does not include Museum admission. We start on Jan. 13th and Jan. 27th from 10:00am-10:45am so come and check us out!
